This dual RFID servo control system is a complete DIY security project using two RC522 RFID modules and dual Arduino boards. It allows independent card-based access where valid cards rotate servo motors from 0° to 90°, and invalid cards trigger a buzzer alarm. Ideal for door lock systems, parking control, school gates, office access, and smart security projects.
This dual RFID-based servo control system is a complete DIY automation and security solution designed for students, hobbyists, and engineering projects. Built using two RC522 RFID modules and dual Arduino boards (Uno and Nano), this system enables independent card-based access control. When a valid RFID card is detected, the connected MG90S servo motor rotates from 0° to 90°, allowing mechanical actions such as opening a lock or gate. If an invalid card is scanned, a buzzer alarm is triggered for security alert.
This project is highly suitable for real-world automation systems such as door locks, parking barriers, school gates, office access systems, and cash box security. Widely used in educational environments across Bangladesh (BD), this kit is a practical learning tool available through Biggan Project, helping users understand RFID communication, microcontroller interfacing, and multi-device coordination.
The system is powered by two 18650 Li-Ion batteries, delivering around 8.4V, which is stepped down to a stable 5V using an LM2596 buck converter. Due to high pin usage of RFID modules, two separate Arduino boards are used, communicating with each other to ensure smooth operation and accurate signal processing.
